• Used, return, auction, remarketing, damaged, salvage and fleet-disposal stock are excluded.
• Supplier identity stays hidden before buyer commitment.
• Stock data must be accurate and updated when availability changes.
• Supplier-side success fee may apply only when a transaction is won through B2Bauto.
• Non-circumvention applies to protected RFQs, stock opportunities and introductions.
