Why verification matters
B2Bauto is a private business network, not a consumer marketplace. Verification helps prevent fake demand, public stock exposure, premature contact sharing, and bypass attempts.
What we check
- Company name and country
- VAT/UID or business registration number
- Contact person and business email
- Buyer, supplier, or buyer/supplier role
- EU VAT status through VIES where applicable
- Manual review for non-EU or non-VIES companies
- Supplier country eligibility for suppliers
Access after approval
Approved buyers
Can submit RFQs and view protected stock opportunities without seeing supplier identity before commitment.
Approved suppliers
Can submit protected stock, apply for supplier participation, and receive relevant RFQ opportunities.
Country or region may be shared for commercial context, but buyer and supplier identities remain protected before commitment.
