How it works

A controlled path from RFQ to supplier introduction

B2Bauto verifies companies, protects identities, collects offers, and reveals buyer/supplier details only after commitment.

The six-step exchange

No open browsing, no public stock scraping, no premature contact exchange.

  1. Buyer submits RFQ or expresses interest in a protected stock opportunity.
  2. Company verification checks role, country, business details and EU VAT through VIES where applicable.
  3. RFQ is anonymised before approved suppliers see demand.
  4. Suppliers respond with offers, alternatives or protected stock matches.
  5. B2Bauto curates the offer pack without revealing supplier identity.
  6. Commitment triggers introduction and the supplier invoices the buyer directly.

Buyer identity hidden

Suppliers see buyer type, country/region, request details and timing, but not company name or contact details.

Supplier identity hidden

Buyers see country/region, vehicle match, quantity, availability and price indication, but not the supplier name.

Manual gates at launch

Final approval, quote-pack release, fee trigger and identity reveal remain controlled until automation is proven.
