RFQ Matching and Quote Packs

RFQ matching

From vehicle request to protected quote pack

B2Bauto converts verified buyer demand and approved supplier stock into curated quote options without revealing identities too early.

How matching works

  1. Buyer submits a structured RFQ.
  2. B2Bauto verifies the company before releasing demand to suppliers.
  3. The RFQ is anonymised and matched against approved suppliers and protected stock.
  4. Suppliers submit exact matches, close alternatives, or available protected stock.
  5. B2Bauto reviews responses and creates a quote pack.
  6. Buyer sees commercial details without supplier identity.
  7. Commitment and fee-trigger rules apply before buyer/supplier introduction.

What buyers see before commitment

  • Supplier country or region
  • Vehicle status: new, pre-registered, or demo
  • Brand, model, quantity and availability timing
  • Indicative net price or price band
  • Invoice/export/logistics notes where available
  • Match level: exact, close alternative, or stock opportunity

What remains hidden

  • Supplier company name
  • Supplier contact person
  • Exact dealership or stock location
  • VIN or documents that identify the supplier unless approved for later disclosure

Quotes are indicative until finally confirmed by the supplier. Vehicles may be subject to prior sale or allocation change.
