Supplier data feeds
CSV/API stock-feed specification
Suppliers can start with manual or CSV stock submission. API integrations come later for strategic suppliers after data quality is proven.
Eligible stock only
- New vehicles
- Pre-registered vehicles
- Dealer/importer demo vehicles
Used vehicles, leasing returns, rental returns, remarketing stock, auction stock, damaged/salvage vehicles and fleet-disposal stock are excluded.
Required CSV fields

Data-quality obligations
- Update or withdraw stock immediately when sold, reserved or price-changed.
- Do not upload excluded stock.
- Do not include supplier-identifying data in buyer-visible fields.
- Use internal IDs so B2Bauto can audit changes.
- Confirm allocation before any identity reveal.
API later
API integrations should be reserved for strategic suppliers after the CSV schema, monitoring rules, and supplier framework agreement are approved.
